Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
In order to use this site and have access to its services you must be 18 years or over. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal data you’re required to provide is true, accurate, current and complete.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity, or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

How to use our services
This site is the first point of contact with Your Meds delivered. Here you can find out about the services we supply, and you can make a first contact via online chat, e-mail, website form or telephone call.
For NHS prescriptions and repeat prescriptions, you must be registered with an NHS GP practice in England.
It makes it easier for prescriptions and repeat prescriptions if you nominate us as your pharmacy. When you do, all prescriptions issued to you by your GP surgery will be sent to us for dispensing and you won’t have to go to the GP practice to pick up the prescription. Don’t worry, you can change your nominated pharmacy at any time by contacting your GP surgery.
1-hour delivery service special terms and conditions.
Please be aware that the following conditions must be met for us to offer the 1-hour delivery service.
- You must already have a prescription for the medicine you need delivered. If you need over the counter medicine, this does not require a prescription.
- You don’t have a prescription but need an emergency supply for a condition you have been prescribed before.
- Your delivery address is within a 3-mile radius of Cameolord Pharmacy. Address: 16 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AE.
- You have been assessed by our pharmacists via remote consultation (phone call, WhatsApp, Facetime, online chat).
- The medicine you need is in stock.
- 60-minute delivery starts from when payment for the service has been made.
The cost of the 1-hour delivery service is as follows:
- Between 8:01 and 20:00 – £3.99
- Between 20:01 and 00:00 – £5.99
- Between 00:01 and 7:59 am – £9.99
Weekends and Bank holidays
If, for any reason, you do not qualify for the 1-hour delivery service, you can access our regular delivery service (24-48 hours). We can also post your medicine in a discrete and secure packaging the following working day.
Prescription terms and conditions
For us to deliver your prescribed medicine, we must be in possession of your prescription physically or electronically. If you do not have an electronic prescription that we can access remotely, you will be asked to send us a photo of your prescription via e-mail, on the form you fill or our chat. If the picture is up to standard, our pharmacist will use it to dispense the medicine and send it to you. You must provide the original prescription to us before we hand over the medicine to you.
In the event you send your prescription to us and we receive a prescription from you, we will verify it against the information we hold, and we might try to contact you using the information provided on the contact form you filled in. If we cannot contact you and we are unable to dispense the item(s) on your Prescription Order we reserve the right to return your prescription to you.
