These terms and conditions apply to the general use of yourmedsdelivered.co.uk and its services. If you would like to know about the 90-minutes delivery service, please also refer to terms and conditions of use for that service.

These terms and conditions are directed solely at those who access the site from the United Kingdom. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

To use this site and have access to its services you must be 18 years or over.

You are responsible that all personal data required to provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

(We reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out in our privacy policy). We will keep in on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation.

We employ security technology as detailed in our Privacy Policy, however, Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and there is a risk, therefore, that any message or information you send to us from this website may be intercepted and potentially read by others. We will have no liability in respect of any transmissions you send to us and you do so entirely at your own risk.

How to use our services

This site is the first point of contact with Your Meds delivered, you can find out about the services we supply, and you can make a first contact via online chat, e-mail, website form or telephone call. You can also purchase products directly from our website and we will deliver to your selected address.

If you contact us via online form, or you are requested to fill in a questionnaire before purchasing one or more products, all your data will be securely backed up and protected (Please refer to our Privacy Policy).

For NHS prescriptions and repeat prescriptions, you must be registered with an NHS GP practice in England.

You can nominate us as your pharmacy. When you do, all prescriptions issued to you by your GP surgery will be sent to us for dispensing and you won’t have to go to the GP practice to pick up the prescription and then send it to us.  Don’t worry, you can change your nominated pharmacy at any time by contacting your GP surgery.

90-minutes delivery service special terms and conditions

You be eligible for this service; you post code must be eligible. We are currently offering this service to all Manchester post codes and most of Greater Manchester Post Codes. Once you provide your postcode on the delivery address, the delivery options you qualify for will be shown.

If you require prescription only medicine, please be aware of the following:

1. You must already have a prescription for the medicine you need delivered that you can send us to check.
2. If you don’t have a prescription but need an emergency supply for a condition you have been prescribed before, you must contact our pharmacists to be assessed.
3. You have been assessed by our pharmacists via remote consultation (phone call, WhatsApp, FaceTime, online chat) and they have prescribed remotely.

Our delivery times are calculated from the time our pharmacists have assessed the patient and payment has been received.  Please also be aware that our current cut off time for same day deliveries is 1:00 am. Any orders received after that time will be processed the following morning.

Prescriptions terms and conditions

For us to deliver your prescribed medicine, we must be in possession of your prescription physically or electronically. If you do not have an electronic prescription that we can access remotely, you will be asked to send us a photo of your prescription via e-mail, on the form you fill or our chat.  If the picture is up to standard, our pharmacist will use it to dispense the medicine and send it to you. You must provide the original prescription to us before the medicine can be handed over to you.

In the event you send your prescription to us, and we receive a prescription from you, we will verify it against the information we hold, and we might try to contact you using the information provided on the contact form you filled.  If we cannot contact, you and we are unable to dispense the item(s) on your Prescription Order we reserve the right to return your prescription to you.
